CicadaVPN Billing FAQ
1. How do I pay for CicadaVPN?
CicadaVPN accepts payments via Stripe. You can use major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also support alternative payment methods where available through Stripe.
2. What currency will I be billed in?
All transactions on CicadaVPN are processed in Euros (€). Your bank or payment provider may apply additional conversion fees if you're using another currency.
3. How will I receive my invoice?
Invoices are automatically generated and emailed to you after each successful payment. If you need to view or download your invoices, please check your email or contact us at billing@cicadavpn.com.
4. What happens if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the charge several times. We’ll notify you via email with instructions on how to update your payment information. If the payment still fails, your CicadaVPN service may be suspended until the issue is resolved.
5. Can I change my payment method?
Yes, you can update your payment details at any time. Log into your CicadaVPN account, go to the billing section, and follow the instructions to update your payment method.
6. Do you offer refunds?

7. How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your CicadaVPN account. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. After that, your service will not renew, and you won’t be charged again.
